The owners, Michael and Ellen Kahle, along with their family live in Murrieta and are avid campers. They enjoy getting out and promoting the RV lifestyle whenever possible.

Our Core business philosophy can be summed up as the C.A.R.E philosophy. Our founder, Michael Kahle, developed the C.A.R.E way of doing business because of what he considered to be a huge deficit of customer service among RV dealerships and independent service centers. This was clearly evident in the way other dealers treated their customers when something went wrong and needed to be fixed. Between customers having to wait weeks to get in for service, weeks or months to get needed parts, exorbitant prices and customer representatives that frankly just don't care, it was clear there needed to be a better way.
