"Mike and Rob really know their RVs. Each time I come here I feel well-taken care of. I have been to a few RV repair shops , but with these guys I feel like I will get honest reports, fair prices and excellent advice. They always have room for me, and the waiting room is comfortable with outlets for my laptop, free WIFI, hot coffee and fresh bottled water. The Murrietta Creek RV Shop is a few extra streets off the Interstate, but still close and easy to get to in a big rig. I'd recommend them over any of the Camping World or Giant RV repair shops, since this place seems truly dedicated to ensuring clients are able to go out in the world and REALLY enjoy RVing. I want to thank them for making us feel like family when we are here. :-)"

"Hi,
I just wanted to pass on some kudos to Quadra Manufacturing and to Murrieta Creek RV for their installation of Bigfoot Levelers on our Montana 5th wheel RV.
We are full time RVers. In February 2008, I underwent extensive back surgery and found that a lot of kneeling and bending was a little more torture than I wanted to undergo (surgery was successful). In February 2009 a friend suggested that we go "hydraulic" for leveling and stabilizing our 5th wheel RV and told us that there was such a system -- Bigfoot Levelers.
I found Quadra Manufacturing's website and it looked like this was the system we needed (we had also looked at HWH). Quadra referred me to Murrietta Creek RV. I contacted Murrietta Creek RV and had a decidedly great conversation with Michael Kahle regarding parts and labor costs for a complete Bigfoot Leveler system.
After committing to having Murrietta Creek RV sell and install the system, I had many questions which Michael Kahle was more than happy to answer for me. He also referred me to Jason Loose of Quadra Manufacturing with whom I had a discussion regarding the levelers. He allayed any fears I might have had regarding how the levelers worked.
On April 1, 2009 we arrived at Murrietta Creek RV and they immediately began the preliminary work necessary for the installation. What a great team Michael has put together to make the installation of the levelers go smoothly. Sure, there were a couple of glitches but these were resolved readily by Michael and Richard McKinney (lead technician). They found that the sensor pins were too short, so they had Quadra "overnight" longer pins. When the installation was complete, the levelers worked perfectly!
We were greatly impressed by the way we were treated at Murrietta Creek RV. In addition to installing the levelers, we asked them to do some other repairs on our 5th wheel, which they did. The knowledge of the levelers, and RVs in general, which was exhibited by Michael Kahle, Richard McKinney and Victor Magdalino was outstanding.
The system works as advertised. I hooked up at Murrietta Creek RV after receiving complete instructions on how the system operates. We left Murrietta and arrived at our aunt's home in Victorville, CA. We parked, pushed the "Front" button, raised the front of the RV, disconnected the truck and pulled it away. Then, that "one button" push to automatically level the rig worked just simply "great." This system is outstanding!
I believe that Quadra Manufacturing is very fortunate to have facilities like Murrietta Creek RV available to install the Bigfoot Levelers and should be considered one of their premier installation facilities. Quadra should not hesitate in referring inquiring RVers to contact Murrietta Creek RV.
It is without any hesitation that my wife Marge and myself recommend highly that anyone needing any type of RV service take their RV to Murrietta Creek RV.

"My wife and I decided to have BIGFOOT Levelers installed on our Class C motorhome. After checking around, we heard that Murrieta Creek RV was the place to go.
I contacted Michael at Murrieta Creek RV and he told me to take a few measurements and he would order the system for me. We agreed on an installation date.
The BIGFOOT Levelers were installed and work great. The staff at Murrieta Creek RV did an excellent job in service and communication. The job required some extra welding due to the build-out of the frame. Michael stood by his original quote and did not charge extra for the additional welding.
My wife was impressed with the cleanliness and professionalism of the shop and store. She has actually said if we need anything for the RV, this is the only place she will go.
I recommend BIGFOOT Levelers and Murrieta Creek RV to anyone who needs levelers and/or any RV service.

"Just an excellent experience all around. After Camping World said they couldn't fix several problems on my National RV motorhome (since National was out of business and parts not available), I took it to Murrieta Creek RV and they found all parts needed to fix my motorhome within a few days. I had extensive repairs completed and covered under an extended warranty. Murrieta Creek RV worked with my warranty company and got all the repairs done with only my deductible paid. The service I received was outstanding and I have already referred friends and family to this location for their RV needs. I've found no RV repair facility anywhere in north county San Diego that offers service like this, so I drive out of my way to go here and will continue to do so."

"I found Mike's ad on Craig's List. I have talked to Mike re. several issues with my motorhome and he has been very helpful.
I recently took advantage of his ad for the 50 point RV sytem checkup which included a free exterior wash. I must say that his service tech. was very thorough. I definitely received my moneys worth.
I have received several quotes for additional service and repairs and found them to be very reasonable. I will be taking my rig back to Murrieta Creek RV as soon as I return from my current camping trip.

"I have stored at Murrieta Creek for a few years now. I have always felt like my rig was being watched over and taken care of. When our cover was blowing off during a windy day last month, they called to let me know before it caused any damage. I recently tried the service there and was very pleased. As a single woman, you are always wary of repair shops taking advantage but I didn't feel that here. Mike and his mechanic went out of their way to explain the repairs, show me the old parts and were extremely fair with the final pricing. Im happy they are there and will definately do business if my trailer ever needs help again. Thank you guys! "

"Wow..I cant say enough about Mike and his crew. We broke down on our trip home from Palmdale and didn't know who to call. We had used Murrieta Creek before so we contacted Mike through his emergency number from his answering machine. He came down at 130 AM to let the tow truck driver in and get our rig safely off the street. WAY above the call of duty and didnt charge us for the extra level of service! He has our loyalty and our gratitude for going out of his way to help us. You cant go wrong with them! "
